Super Scooter Rentals (SSR) must have a valid customer ID and credit card on file prior to departure.
A 100% refundable scooter equipment deposit is required prior to scooter departure.
Adult riders must be of a minimum age of 18.
The minimum age for a co passenger is 13, kids below the age of 13 are not allowed.
A rental agreement and waiver of liability must be signed prior to departure.
A waiver of liability must be signed by a parent or guardian on behalf of any minor participating as a co passenger.
Maximum weight for any scooter is 300 pounds.
Scooters will not be rented to anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other disorienting substance.
Drivers must observe and adhere to all traffic laws.
Renter will be responsible for any damage to scooter due to misuse or crash.
Helmets will be provided by Super Scooter Rentals upon rental. Any rider who chooses to opt out of wearing a helmet does so at his or her own risk.
No rental refunds.

Scooters have a max rental time of 2hrs. Any late return will result in an extra rental charge.
Scooters are only to be ridden within the French Quarter and Greater New Orleans area. Boundary streets are Calliope, Claiborne, Elysian Fields and St. Peter’s.
Scooters are set to have a max run time of 2hrs. There will be a $50 additional fee along with the extra rental fee if a (SSR) representative has to go out on site to replace a battery beyond the expiration of the agreed rental time.
Scooters are not weather proof and will not be rented on days of rainy weather.
If reservations are made and weather conditions prevent rentals, there would be a full refund and or rental rescheduling.
Without reservations scooters are rented on a first come first serve basis.
